As someone purchasing through a new business it can often feel nerve wracking to put your trust in someone, especially when this comes to spending a large amount on a holiday. Daniel’s expertise instantly put me at ease and this was compounded in him continually going the extra mile. He took time to note down what we were looking for, and as a holiday nerd, I knew his questions would result in us finding a holiday we would love. That being said, I also feel like I would have never have found something that suited us without Daniel’s help - not least as quickly as we did. This not only saved time, but now we get to look forward to a dream holiday in December. The only thing I would say for improvement is that FC needs to shout more about the levels of service and added extras of booking through them - they are a level above and would recommend far and wide!! I have seen since that they’ve been featured in various articles and long may they be recognised as a game changing Travel company!
